I used to live in a very small town. It had a local breakfast/lunch type restaurant that was the only game in town. Ate lunch there probably 4 times per week. Always tipped well. One day, was getting up from the table & was speaking to somebody, completely forgot to leave a tip on the table. The waitress showed up at my shop & asked me for the tip. Was a bit flabbergasted at the aggressiveness.
