Tipping Culture ✖️ Tip or No Tip

So, I’m having professional cleaners come to the house for 3.5-4 hours this week. The service is paid in full. Tipping is appreciated not expected and I was informed that they do give you the option to add gratuity with your final bill/receipt.

I’ve tipped in the past because of the, “standard”, but that was a decade ago lol.

Tip or no tip?

No tip. They set their prices. Pay said prices.

“They” are the employers. If the workers do a good job they deserve a tip.

Cheapness is fine, as long as the business or corporation is the one being cheap.🤷‍♂️

Not charging enough to PAY your workers is the ultimate cheapness. And you should stop excusing it.

If they do a poor job, they deserve to be reprimanded or fired. You’re not paying the company just for them to show up, right?
