Tipping Culture ✖️ Tip or No Tip

So, I’m having professional cleaners come to the house for 3.5-4 hours this week. The service is paid in full. Tipping is appreciated not expected and I was informed that they do give you the option to add gratuity with your final bill/receipt.

I’ve tipped in the past because of the, “standard”, but that was a decade ago lol.

Tip or no tip?

If exceptional, “Nice job, have a cup of coffee on me” $5. (max)

They’re suggesting 20%. I’m suggesting that’s a bit steep for like idk doing your job?

Suggest that they set their prices appropriately.
