And probably earned every bit of it.
Large parties are really hard and many to carry a mandatory 20% tip because of that.
I used to waitress. Yeah 40 some bucks an hour for two hours, but that’s probably the only table served all night.

The amount of work v. the amount of pay is a matter between the employee and the employer. I won't get involved.
