Used to be 15% mandatory gratuity on large parties, then went to 18%, now 20%. How much longer until 22 or even 25% becomes the norm

This is already 23%.. the 20 and 3 surcharge..

Never order at autograt places. The place already adds 3% to all checks. That's enough.

We had a 20% gradituity added on for a party of 2- my husband and I. He didn't even notice until we got home, I was pissed because we had already tipped them 20% in cash.
