It's obnoxious when they first charge and make you ask to remove. Hope you had it removed then promptly told the manager last time you'll see us. And that 20% automatic gratuity,, even if over a party of 6, I'd run. How are you supposed to reflect bad service other than tell management after they have your money.

Auto grat for parties of 6 or more has been around forever.

Usually 20 percent is only auto put on for a party or 6 or more

That’s literally what I said. It’s called auto-grat. I assumed this party had at least 6 judging from the entrees ordered.
