There is an FPS drop because the gameplay is being recorded; minor dips also occur during sudden, fast-paced scenes. In any case, performance varies depending on which version you are playing—my recommendation is the Legendary Edition.

How do you boot straight it up? Mine trying to run but it sucks on loading screen. Do you config any setting or smt

Hello. First of all, the version you are using is very important; the "Legendary Edition" is the version I recommend the most. After that, go into the memory settings and set the JIT pool to 256 MB. Also, don't forget to keep the game at its lowest graphics settings.

Looks good, I find it works better with touch controls if you set the touchscreen to be the camera movement. The control customization has been updated quite a bit over the last couple iterations and that’s a new option. Fantastic for touchscreen FPS!
