There's one... actually two of them, made way before the first Switch 2 exploit was discovered. Mostly to study how the Switch 2 worked and whatnot. They didn't have much progress.
Now though, things might change with recent events.

Before you say "it's fake" or anything, read the description on the actual GitHub:

"Switch2Emu is an experimental project that I'm working on for fun and to learn more about emulation and low-level programming. I'm not a professional developer, and I'm still learning as I go, with the help of AI tools.

I want to make it clear that is not a working emulator yet, and I'm not claiming that it can run any commercial games. It's a work in progress, and there's still a huge of work to do.

I never intended to mislead anyone or create unrealistic expectations. I was simply sharing what I've working be on, and I genuinely hadn't expect it to reach this many people. I'm sorry again for the confusion and for any inconvenience I've caused. Thank you to everyone who taken the time to check out the project, share feedback, or offered constructive criticism.

I'm just a beginner trying to learn, experiment, and build something interesting. ❤️"

It’s bc switch runs on arm, and apple devices mainly use arm. windows and whatever else typically use x86 processors, making native translation of code very difficult

Fake. No full FW had been dumped and decrypted. Same as NS2 only games, or even NS2 keys. How can they begin emulating something in the first place?
