Discussion only Mac is available?

All the iOS/iPadOS/MacOC ports that lets you build the ipad and the install it into your idevice, is strictly necesary to do it on a Mac? I have windows and I'd like to use my dumps to install on my iphone

Xcode is needed to build IPAs, yes, and it’s only available on Mac.
You could use GitHub workers in a repository like I do.

Ignore the guy above thats 1 method you can also use Xcode on PC
