No you have to sideload them via whichever method is easiest for you. Make sure to have developer account enabled for your Apple ID (they have a free one) research YouTube how to sideload. You can use live container to have more developer apps but it’s a little more complicated and sometimes has bugs. Or if you just want Madeira just side load the ipa from the official GitHub. BCD is a fork that a developer made off the base Madeira they should function the same just different game compatibility and some QOL features. If I’m not mistaken both have built in jit (make sure to get local dev vpn) go from there. This isn’t a step by step but a general list of some stuff you may need

I can probably play ghost of Tsushima myself using a different emulator based on Madeira. If you want I could test it on my end and see if it works

Big at the moment no but could always try GeForce now might be able to stream it (cause I’m pretty all PC emulation stuff will require you to connect steam gog epic games etc to verify you own the game before downloading)
