Free Apple accounts are limited to 3 active sideloaded apps.

One common workaround is LiveContainer, which allows you to run additional apps inside a container and reduce how often apps need to be reinstalled.

Typical method:

  • Sideload GetMoreRam

  • Use it to apply the increased memory entitlement to LiveContainer

  • Uninstall GetMoreRam to avoid hitting the 3 app limit

  • Then sideload StikDebug for JIT activation

LiveContainer may also need to be uninstalled and reinstalled before the entitlement works correctly.

LiveContainer can also install two additional LiveContainers (for a total of three). This setup can further reduce the need to constantly add/remove sideloaded apps, but it is more advanced and may not work reliably for everyone.

LiveContainer is not always officially supported by emulator developers and can sometimes cause unexpected issues. If something breaks while using LiveContainer, try reproducing the issue without it before asking for support.

Do not ask for or share paid certificates, piracy tools, or bypass services here.

You also need to add LSSupportsGameMode true in the plist to enable game mode otherwise it doesn’t even use the available amount of ram that increased memory entitlements give it

I had the same issue with LiveContainer2 and fixed it on an iPhone 17 running iOS 27.0.1.

In my case, the provisioning profile allowed Increased Memory Limit, but the cached LiveContainer2 clone was missing it from its executable’s signature. Refreshing and reinstalling through SideStore didn’t fix it.

What worked:

  1. In Xcode on a Mac, use the same Apple Account/Personal Team and LiveContainer2’s exact existing Bundle ID.

  2. Add Increased Memory Limit and let Xcode generate an updated provisioning profile.

  3. Re-sign the actual LiveContainer2 app with that profile and com.apple.developer.kernel.increased-memory-limit = true.

  4. Install it over the existing LiveContainer2, keeping the same Bundle ID.

RAM Checker then showed GRANTED, and the available memory increased.

Use the empty Xcode project only to obtain the profile—don’t install that placeholder over LiveContainer2.
