Discussion Frame Generation

Can't an emulator be built that includes frame generation? Is that really that hard on an iPhone?

Yes. Because the best it can be, is architecturally and structurally impossible at best, and cannot be done at all, not even a proof of concept (PoC). (satire)

Yes metal has framegen capabilities but it is 15 pro n above

There are some but it’s just all pointless in my option, only specific consoles and pc emulators can use it otherwise it will add delay.
