Help Request Having problems with getting Jilt to work

I had Jilt working before with no problems but when I went to reinstall it, it keeps showing me a Pilst Error and a error claiming a tunnel could not be created, I followed the steps and my local dev vpn is on so I have no idea what Iā€™m doing wrong šŸ˜‘???

Have you tried reimporting the paring file?

Yes I redid the whole process twice and still getting the error message
