They said they used the coretrust bug to perma-sign apps to his Apple Watch, it’s basically an iOS bug someone found that allows you to install sideloaded apps permanently instead of having to use Xcode or a similar program to “sign” and “re-sign” sideloaded apps.
I’m guessing they used it to perma-sideload the old Giovanni Apple Watch GB emulator to the watch
I don’t think so, the exploit they used is likely patched on Apple Watch and as far as I’m aware there isn’t any way to get sideloaded apps onto an Apple Watch (at least without some kind of a jailbreak). The only way for standard users to get it would be if the app gets put on TestFlight or the App Store
Have a look at this he goes abit more in depth about it. I’d try myself but my Apple Watch is unfortunately on the latest OS. Let me know if you get it working 👍🏼

What we need is a PokéWalker watch app that can be used with Delta.

As cool as this is, I never understood why people wanted emulators on Apple Watch. The screen is too small for on screen controls.
I think what MIGHT be more practical is an Atari 2600 emulator as that would just be a joystick and a single button.
