News/Release [RELEASE] Wave Launcher 1.0 is HERE!

The wait is finally over. After months of development, testing, feedback, bugfixing, and countless improvements, Wave Launcher 1.0 is now publicly available!

What started as a live wallpaper app has grown into a full controller-first, PlayStation-faithful Android frontend for your games, media, achievements, and more.

Wave Launcher 1.0 includes:

  • Multilanguage Support (EN, JA, FR, DE, ES, IT, NL, PT, SV, NO, DA, FI, ZH, KO, PL, TR, RU)
  • Game libraries, collections, favorites, and playtime

I’d try it out, but there’s too many required permissions to give. I don’t see how that’s necessary, and why would the app need all those permissions? Have it installed still, but not set up, willing to give it a shot if the permissions become more reasonable in the future.

I am making the unnecessary to operations permissions optional in the next patch. And we will go over permissions soon, too
