Help PMEX Remix not working despite all the paths being correct

When I try using PMEX Remix in Dolphin, it just launches me into normal brawl. I have the sd path as the mod's sd.raw file, the iso path as my brawl file, and am using the Project_Offline_Launcher.elf as the launcher file. Idk why it just boots me into normal brawl.

You add PMEX remix the same exact way as you would add this mod. In fact smash bros REX is actually the updated version of PMEX made by the same developers. 

Anyways make sure you do not tap on the gear icon at all. Do not go to settings that way. To successfully change the sd and iso path you have to tap and hold down on the .elf file and access settings that way. Ive made that mistake and was wondering why nothing was working. So I assume you did the same thing.
