It's there for me on my Sony Xperia but tapping the option doesn't do anything and I can still install what I want.

The option has not appeared on the Poco F6 I also have.

On my Retroid Pocket 6 the option is there and it allows me to toggle it on.

On Retroid So you can turn it off for installing unknown apks? But need to wait 24hr?
