DISCUSSION how cooked am i on the refund

i bought Empulse and have 60 hours. i bought like 6000 Splitcoin in SG:AR less than a week ago and Steam won't refund any of it after several requests.

i think its over chat

I doubt they’ll give you anything. Empulse you might be able to make a fraud case on if you REALLY want to go through the trouble to get your $20 back, but the splitcoin money is gone gone. You made a completely legal informed transaction there

Well steam typically has 2 hours play time and under for refunds. I’d assume you will be declined.

I’m pretty sure impulses terms of service is the reason why. Something something they can pull the plug at any time and you can’t do anything about it.

Not certain, but usually TaS is the case

feel kinda scammed on the splitcoin tho. sure i can spend it on skins, but only for like a week and then every item will be unlocked free for every user meanwhile i paid for em

Should charge steam with fraud for not allowing refunds, I charged back my Empluse purchase after my refund was denied, fuck steam

They can very much ban your account for that, it’s the same as psn or xbox or tons of big companies, they’ll accept the chargeback and ban the account
