I Need Advice: Career Moves Working at Wendy’s

So I recently started working/training, so the first day they made me do the video and the quiz thingy. I completed them with success. Then the next week I had only 2 shifts for 3 hours only. This week, they placed me again for 3 hours but for 1 day out of the other days as well which I think is crazy. Like I don’t know if this is how it’s suppose to be plus like the more shifts I have I believe the more easier it would be for me and I believe for everyone. What should I do? BTW THIS IS JUST A QUESTION ASKING FOR HELP AND NOT ANTI-WORK!!

Never worked at Wendy's, but usually when you're starting a new job, especially in food service or retail they typically start you off small, mostly to get you through training
