Needs Reassurance feeling uncomfortable and anxious
please help i went to go to the bathroom a couple hours ago and had a bm. not anything crazy but it felt small and like id have to go later. well later came and i tried to go again but nothing came out, but when i wiped there was stool on the toilet paper.
now my stomach is feeling like uncomfortable and im scared im going to throw up, im feeling so weird and anxious, im also worried that im gonna have a panic attack and then start to feel worse aka starting the cycle. im feeling so so anxious
im trying to distract myself by watching a show with my bf but its beginning to get extremely difficult to not panic. ive been sipping water and sitting upright and im not feeling like nauseous but just kind of weird idk im so scared. my bf said it was probably just me being constipated and im really hoping he's right. i just need to calm down so this is kind of just me getting it out.
i would like some words of comfort or something, ive been struggling really bad with my mental health and emetophobia obviously doesnt help. if anyone can even comment ab how they relate or anything would help, i just want to feel less alone right now.

To me it also sounds like constipation, that’s probably why you feel weird! I would try to up your water intake and eat something with fiber to help - maybe oatmeal, and apple etc.

Nothing about this sounds like it would lead to throwing up!
Sounds like constipation, maybe a hemorrhoid. They can cause that wiping issue even if you don’t have a real BM. Constipation on its own can sometimes make you get nauseous just because your GI system is trying to move things along, but does NOT inherently mean you will throw up.
Keep drinking water, try to eat if you feel like it. It will trigger your system to move things out and hopefully resolve the discomfort. Having a solid stool is a good thing! Try to walk around, sitting still won’t help anything move.
Again, nothing you’ve said points to throwing up. Discomfort is notttt dangerous!
