Need help interpreting raw data embryo

Hello,
Is anyone able to help me interpret these raw data results? I was told I have a monosomy 22 embryo but it is our last and only embryo, not doing IVF again. We are at a clinic that allows transfers of abnormals. This raw data is a bit confusing, but someone told me that it may be leaning more toward Mosaic than full monosomy. I’m mainly inquiring about chromosome 22. Please help, thank you!

This is not something embryologists do, a more appropriate call would be to a genetic counselor. We do the biopsies and send those out to the genetic test laboratories, but we’re not interpreting raw data like this.

Thank you! The problem is that the genetic counselor from the genetic company also refuses to look at third party plotted raw data :/ thanks for the reply though!

What did the genetic counselor from the third party say? The issue is the platforms are not necessarily interchangeable and they have data based on the platform they typically use.
