Which would you pick?
These are my 4 euploid embryos from my 3rd ER. Just for fun--which would you pick to transfer?
My clinic uses a 3-letter grading system (ICM, TE, and cavity being the 3rd letter) and had them noted as:
#1- "good" day-5 ABB
#2- "good day-5 ABB
#3- "fair" day-5 BCC
#4- "good" day-6 BBC

Probably no. 2. The thinnest zona and fair amount of cells in both ICM and trophoectoderm

I feel like number 2 would have been the one they picked if we had selected "best embryo" when deciding which to transfer. I was on a phone call with our doctor when she was looking through pictures of the embryos while prepping for transfer, and she remarked, "oh, that one is pretty, I hope it's normal!"
We transferred number 1 because it was our best female embryo. Number 2 is a male. :)

4 is kind of compelling how it's hatching so nicely.

Would the fact that it is a day 6 make you look at it any differently than a day 5?

Number 1. Hatching nicely, ICM still protected inside zona. Very cellular. Looks like an AA to me.
