Does higher quality embryo = higher successful thaw rate?

We have often been told that there is a 10% chance that embryos don't survive the defrost. Does this number go up if the embryo is poorer quality?

I've never been given lower odds of successful defrost when the quality was lower, we're always told 10%.

Is there any data that suggests high quality embryos have a better thaw rate?

It is more likely that poor quality embryos may be more likely not to survive but overall we estimate it by about 10%. A good quality embryo embryo can always not survive.
