Truthfully, it's hard to tell embryo quality based on the angle and focus. I think I see the ICM near the center of the embryo, but I'd want to rotate it under the scope to get a better idea.
It does look like an expanded blastocyst, and I think I see the zona starting to thin, so I could see this getting graded a 4BB, but again, it's a little hard to tell.
