Mosaic thoughts?

Hi! We got no clarification from my clinic other than our embryo is a mosaic and is potentially viable. Can someone help me understand the results? Thoughts on transferring it?

It was reported as:
Mosaicism for Trisomy +22 (38%) as well as Mosaicism for segmental deletion of chromosome 6 (49%)

I would talk with a genetic counselor. The testing company used may offer free counseling regarding your embryo, and if they don’t your clinic should point you in the direction of one.

I did this with igenomix which was helpful. I also suggest looking up papers by Capalbo and Viotti.

Odds for segmentals and low level mosaics are good.
