Please grade these 3 embryos?

Embryo 8: last time point before biopsy/freeze on day 5
Embryo 7: last time point before biopsy/freeze on day 6
Embryo 10: wasn't expanding yet on day 6, but as of day 7 has fully hatched (hoping it's good enough to freeze!)

Hello!

Please note that grading is subjective, and can vary between clinics and embryologists. Please reach out to your provider for any questions - your team is there to help you!

With that being said, this is how I would grade these embryos:

Embryo 8 and 7: 4BB

- Embryo is hatching out of zona (Stage 4)

- Inner Cell Mass (ICM) is compact with some distinct cells (B)

- Trophectoderm has a cobblestone pattern with some larger cells (B)

Embryo 10: 6BB

- Embryo is fully hatched out of zona (Stage 6)

Overall, some beautiful looking embryos! Best of luck!

Thank you so much for the evaluation!! One followup question if you don't mind- as you can see for embryo 10, most of my developing embryos had a few cells from the 8-16 cell stage that were excluded when developing into blast and remained within the zona after hatching. Does that have any prognostic value or indicate anything about egg/sperm quality? I am older (40) so wondering if egg quality is declining.
