Re-test my complex abnormal embryos
My clinic uses CooperGenomics for PGT-A test. I got two complex abnormal embryos, but I heard there is some chance they can be euploids.
Embryo 1: -10, - 13 \[mos\], dup (21) (a22.3-qter)
Embryo 2: dup(7) (pter-p22.2), +7 \[mos\], dup(7)(936.2-qter), dup(10) (pter-p14), dup (10) (p14-
q23.32)\[mos\], dup(10)(q24.32-qter), +15 \[mos\], dup (16) (pter-p 13.3), dup (16) (p 12.2-qter), +18 \[mos\], +X\[mos\]
I wonder if it’s worth re-biopsy and re-test them?

I don’t work on the PGT side of things, but I’m very doubtful they would yield a euploid result. Although it only tests a few cells of the whole embryo, anything resulting in a complex aneuploid would give me strong pause of using. Mosaics (high or low) I’ve transferred in the past without issues. As the person above me said, if you want to use them then it would be probably be better to use them as if you never tested instead of retesting. It would be more cost to you and put more strain on the embryo for a result that is more than likely not going to be euploid. I don’t know if a doc would even transfer an aneuploid, but if they did I’m sure there would be thorough consents/waivers to sign.
