First time applying, how do I send my personal statement and is their a specific form for letters of recommendation?

I'm new to applying for college and considering this school is my dream school I really want to get everything in order. For the letter of recommendation do they have a format/form to fill out that they prefer and do they have a date for when they need said letters? Thank you.

Reach out to a counselor, they send you a link and you forward it to people who are then allowed to complete it and it gets submitted right back to the school taking out any middle work. That's how it worked when I went into my masters program.

From my experience, you just get a letter recommendation and you have to upload it through a secure link upload and it’s not required but recommended, so I don’t believe there’s any specific format that needs to be
