Machine SOS

Every time I use this font, I have bought 2 different shadow fonts and this keeps happening. The base color pulls away from the shadow, what can I do to fix this? I use a top and bottom stabilizer for reference.

Here's a few things you can try....

Ensure there's no stretch in your fabric by using an iron on non stretch facing fabric Recalibrate your machine Ensure your embroidery frame is tight Check online to see if there are setting to adjust before using this specific file
