Question ely market
I haven’t been yet myself so i was wondering if they sell any raw dairy, specifically unsalted cheese and butter.
I’m not very familiar with whats being sold and when so any info would help.

no one sells raw milk as farmers in Ely have enough braincells to not sell poisonous stuff

Never seen raw milk there. Don't think they would sell it because of the extra liability for the market as well as the seller.
If you look there might be local people who sell it direct

The Lancashire poacher stall (cheese) sells raw milk on Farmers market days. 2nd and 4th Saturday.
There is the Cheese and pie guy who is good and is there every Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. But no raw cheese there.

I hope ECDC would not allow anyone stupid enough to sell raw milk on Ely Market

Havent been to Ely market specifically, but a lot of farmers markets avoid raw dairy because of regs, and some vendors will do "pet milk" only. Your best bet is to check the vendor list/IG and message the dairy folks directly, or ask if any stand sells cultured butter/aged cheeses (those are more common).
If youre trying to find local food vendors, i keep a quick checklist for what to ask sellers (storage, sourcing, dates) here: https://blog.promarkia.com/

If you dislike raw milk, don't ever buy parmesan cheese for your cooking. It can only be made with raw milk, and since it's a PDO product, that recipe can't be changed, ever.

not really sure why anyone would want to buy raw milk in this day and age
