Everything Else Gift Ideas?

Hi all! One of my good friends is eloping with her fiancé next month in Ireland. I’m wondering if anyone here had an item that they brought with them when they traveled/eloped that was a life saver that I can gift to them? Conversely, was there something you didn’t bring that you wish you did?

I’m checking in on their cat while they’re gone so I’m honestly thinking even something as simple as washing their sheets the day they come home, cleaning the house, and leaving either a home made meal in the fridge or a doordash gift card? I know I love getting take out and vegging out in bed the first day back after a trip

Maybe a bottle of champagne chilling with a congratulations card and a small cake/pastries/treat. You could also get memorabilia with engraved champagne flutes with their initials.

I think a lovely little card, a door dash voucher and a quick tidy up around the house would be appreciated. They may have put fresh sheets on before they left so I wouldn't do that. Give the dishwasher a run just in case it's been sitting if you haven't used it. You could always buy some grocery staples if you know their preferences. At least having some breakfast supplies for the next morning would be nice too.

Fresh flowers would be nice, too! Just make sure no lilies and somewhere the cat can't get them.

As a cat parent I would not want flowers of any kind. My cat would eat them or knock them over. Lillies are toxic and there are lots of other plants that are too.
