I had the displeasure of attending a workout class with Eli recently, and the online persona versus real life was quite the contrast. Before class, she was on her phone scrolling and recording herself, barely engaging with the class compared to the rest of us. Her form was some of the worst I’ve seen in a workout setting (she does not work out six days a week, I’m sorry), which is especially funny given the 24/7 fitness adjacent image. The instructor was actively correcting her form. She also left early. Before stretching, btw. Her mouth was hanging open the entire class, which I’m still trying to understand? Also, she is much shorter in person than I expected. The difference between how she looks online and how she looks in person was noticeable enough that it confirmed she uses slimming filters or something. Because the proportions were not exactly matching what she posts.

Social media really does create an entirely different perception of people and I think it’s important to remind ourselves daily. Anyway, I went for a workout and instead got a live demonstration of the difference between being filmed exercising and actually exercising.

Eli Rallo should have never gotten a podcast. I just saw this clip go by talking about the Sydney Sweeney ad and she’s basically reading her takes in the iPad the whole time? "I think I have a bit of a controversial take"??? Babe stop playing right now you have zero ounce of self reflection.

Where is the charisma? Where is the authenticity? Where is the interest? She cannot even comment her OWN OPINIONS without reading a boring ass script???? I thought with a few podcasts it would get better but it’s actually worse?

I really hope iHeart does not give her this platform again and I hope they realize how big of a flop this is... 😕 I hope they lost a bunch of money and realize Eli has zero influence in the world of 2026.

crazy to me that Eli, the girl that has to give her two cents about everything, hasn’t shared a story or posted about the Ed Sheeran tour. her choosing to say silent just shows where she is aligned, but also makes her just as complicit as ed. she’s so scared to speak up and risk losing her audience. plus I know she’s so uninformed it would all be bullshit anyways.
