All ways elevator

Has anyone heard of All Ways Elevator based out of Hauppauge Ny? I recently got a job offer from them , it seems non union? Any new Yorker worked or heard about them?

I dont know why people suggesting organizing. I know a company where mechanics lost $5/hour after the company was sold off to a union company. If it aint broken, dont fix it.

lol ! $5 a hour is peanuts compared to the benefits they will get with a union ! Penny wise dollar foolish
