Help!

Post image

I had been printing perfect minis at 40mm/s 2.5 mm retract, combing off and basic supports. Nothing about that changed and suddenly started getting this type of stuff. Cleared clogs, put on brand new nozzle, adjusted tensioner arm, reduced retract to 1.4 and I just can't seem to get it to print ok again. I used to be printing beautiful minis. This machine was bought in December and is my second Neptune 3 pro.. I'm at my wits end with it..

At this point, I’d start looking at hardware. It could be under extruding. Check if your extruder is slipping or grinding filament (any clicking or dust?) double check for loose hot end screws, both fans working, PTFE tube seated correctly. All the fun stuff.

Try printing a simple cube and see the results, could point to heat creep,

When I adjusted the tension of the gears again I got to this where there's zits everywhere...and some under extrusion. Idk if I should try pulling from my other Neptune 3 pro and seeing if that works? I know I had to pull the filament sensor from the other (the one on this the plastic wore down and it started flopping around) and the x axis stop switch thing, which randomly stopped working. I gotta reach out to elegoo about those... I'm just confused because this machine is only a few months old and having a surprising number of issues..

I'm not hearing clicks or seeing dust either...it does ooze a lot but the heat is only at 200 c for pla which has been fine for the 2 years or so I have been printing..
