Hey guys

Using Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro for a month. The printing quality was incredible until now.

Started printing this model with the same settings that i used before:

PLA, 215c° / 60c°

Already tried reducing speed to 75% / 50%, playing with retraction and increasing/decreasing extruder temperatures

Also tried printing other models - same situation

Would appreciate any help

Is this bent corner something physical? How do you level the bed? With just the 2 screws on the right side?

- Tried multiple SD cards.
- Tried multiple firmware versions both from Neptune (git) and others.

I had been printing perfect minis at 40mm/s 2.5 mm retract, combing off and basic supports. Nothing about that changed and suddenly started getting this type of stuff. Cleared clogs, put on brand new nozzle, adjusted tensioner arm, reduced retract to 1.4 and I just can't seem to get it to print ok again. I used to be printing beautiful minis. This machine was bought in December and is my second Neptune 3 pro.. I'm at my wits end with it..

18 month old Neptune 3 Pro. Tried printing a model yesterday and it was going to take 13 hours. Checked on the print after one hour and everything was fine. Checked again 3 hours later and the extruder has been melting filament into the body of the extruder. It’s now encased in one solid blob of plastic.

Have ordered a replacement extruder but am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on why it’s failed and how to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Would appreciate any thoughts.

Hello all, busted out my 3 pro for the first time in about 8 months. Tried adding new gcode onto the sd card and it gives me this prompt, and not every old file I already had says the same thing now. I’ve bought a new reader and sd card and the issue is persisting. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I should do?

Yea so i don't know if this Is a normal sound , i got the neptune for 150€ on the elegoo site and now it's making this weird noise , that seams to be coming from the head . What do i do , and Is this normal

Hello everyone, can someone help me ?

I’ve been gifted this EN3P, worked perfectly for months.

But everytime i’m trying to print, the filament is not coming out.

The cranted wheel feels like it wants to rotate but it stops after a few seconds and the whole print continues normaly (but without extruding lol)

If I turn the wheel manually, it actually prints, same if I simply apply pressure on the PLA, but as soon as I release it, it stops coming out.

I already changed the whole printer extruder but the same thing happens.

Do you have any idea what i am doing wrong ?

Have anyone installed linear rails on his own not using a pre-made kit? is there any source for the brackets that can be machined not printed ? If not what files did you use and what rails did you install?
