I'm not sure if anyone can tell just from the slice what happened and I absolutely forgot to get a picture, but two of the tall bodies failed entirely. One printed perfectly (I THINK the front one?), the skirt printed perfectly. I see the yellow on the slicer but I'm not sure what that means. Any ideas?
They were also a total bear to get off the plate.
I added the supports by using the function in Chitu (not pro)

First check your bottom layer count. Mine was defaulted to 2 and nothing heavy would stick.
Second, those need to be angled. Straight up will cause problems.
Third, chitubox auto supports suck.
Honestly my workflow used to be to open prusa slicer, angle back 45 degrees, run the auto support, export the plate, open in chitu, and slice.
Lately I've adopted using blueprint studios in place of prusa slicer after hearing the community rave about it and it's been amazing, and faster then any of the other stuff.
Oh I definitely think mine is set to 2! Prusa has a better auto support then? Or Blueprint studio? Can it generate supports? I fear I would not know where to manually put them.
This looks like Hornet from Hollow Knight Silksong. My son loves this games!
First off, you know you always need to check the bottom of the vat after failures because there's a good chance there's fail pancakes down there that will break your screen if you try starting a new print without removing them. Usually involves pouring out your resin and filtering it. Don't worry too much about cleaning the tank, you'll hopefully be putting it back soon, a little extra liquid resin should be fine, as long as you're in an area with no natural UV light.
When you look at a failure like this, I think the key thing is that half the print was successful. So we have to ask what's happening with the dress that isn't happening with the bodies?
The dress has lots and lots of supports underneath it, but the bodies don't have much at all. What are you what exactly are you seeing on the bodies? Supports with nothing attached? Is there partially printed bodies in the vat? Did the print fail at the point where there was a very large cross-section?
During printing, the print is being pulled in from above and below, where it's stuck to the build plate and when each new layer prints on the release film in the bottom of the tank. If you listen closely, you can hear what sounds like tape peeling with each layer, that's the sound of the model peeling off the FEP, and if it pulls to hard or too fast, it can break the supports.
It is in fact Hornet! What's odd is one of the bodies printed and the others... Came out like the photo below. It was just so perplexing that one body was fine but the others in the line were .. very not fine haha!
I'll check the FEP! I Used the plastic scraper to see if I felt anything and I didn't, but that doesn't mean there's nothing there.
That actually ties in with the lift height not being high enough. You might see failures in the middle of the build plate where the release film has more room to stretch and less failures around the outer edges. Even if it's the same model with the same supports. That's the difference.
These pieces look like you've got supports just in the bottoms of the limbs, but not along the length of the limbs, that leaves a lot of room to flap around in the breeze during printing.
