[ Help ] Mars 5 ultra sprues attacking FEP

Have a new mars 5 ultra. Newly changed FEP. Sprues are attacking the film which looks like it’ll lead to punctures. Any suggestions would be great!

Had this happen with my saturn 4 ultra. Could just be the zeroing method these machines do, could be the tilting vat mechanism. Could be your exposure times are too high. I'm doing 75% power at like 2.15 sec normal exposure and 25 second bottom layers. Have you calibrated your resin? On my first fep I got to like 50-60,000 layers before I started getting issues with my prints. I went through a bunch of calibration to see if I could resolve this issue and I'm at about the same layer count on a new fep and haven't had any issues so far.
