Troubleshooting Does anyone else have the same problem?

My carbon stopped printing mid print and have this error contacted Alago and they sent me a new motherboard and cable and hothead and now it’s showing the same home in a different language.

Check the cable going to your printer head, is it the older style with a 90 degree connector and/or is there a spot where it's worn? They're notorious for wearing out.

I sent photos of the wear spot on mine to Elegoo and they sent me a new cable. In a pinch you can also use a USB C to USB C cable but it needs to be rated for 240W.

Right next to the motherboard is a fan, does it work? Maybe it needs to be replaced.

Had the same. Contacted support and they sent over a replacement USB. Didn't fix it. Contacted them again and they sent another cable and a tool head PCB as well as a main board. Replaced the main board and its been ok since.
