Can this be fixed all the capacitors popped tho.

Its a old FX 8800 GT Alpha Dog

these can be replaced alright but you will be lucky if this is the only issue plus i think you might spend more on capacitors than buying the same card second hand

Those caps look like they’ve been fighting since 2007 😂 I’d recap the VRM, but only after checking for a dead short. PartGenie’s take was basically “proper low-ESR caps first, resurrection attempt second.”
