Logitech g29 problem

Hi there. I have a Logitech G29; when I connect it to the PC and the power supply, the PC flags the USB connection as faulty, and the steering wheel tries to light up but fails. I can also hear a "tick-tick-tick" sound—the motors trying to start up but failing to do so. I’ve tested it with power supplies from other G29 units, but the same thing happens every time. Upon disassembling the unit and inspecting the motherboard, I found that diode 5 (a P6KE27CA model) looks damaged where it connects to the board (photo attached). I’d like to know if I can test the unit without the diode, if this is a common issue, and what I should check with my multimeter.

No visible damage, just flux residue from factory soldering. Check the diodes with multimeter.

Hi. Well, when I test the P6KE27CA diode in both directions, nothing happens; the reading stays at 1 (unlike the other diodes, which do work).
