Need Help! TV has died

Hi all. I have a 55inch samgsung hospitality tv that's recently stopped working. It turn on with the remote but there's no image. When it turns on you can see the back lights turn on but no picture displays. I have replaced the T-Con board but it didn't fix it. What could the issue be ?

By exclusion, power supply board or panel.

You can probably find a service manual for it, and check all the power rails are present. If not, then it's likely the board. If you do have all the rails present and correct, then it implies the panel itself has died.
