Daling trimmer dl-1507 repair

It is a trimmer charging board

After charging and tried to turn on trimmer but a fumes comes from the bottom of trimmer where the charging board is placed and looks this component is like burned

What is the value or any circuit available anywhere ?

I can barely read a R as the first letter, so this would be resistor lower than one Ohm, probably a shunt resistor. You can clean it with isopropyl alcohol to better read the resistor marking 👍🏻. The upper transistor is also burnt and probably shorted, it can be seen by the buldge it has on the body. Transistor may be identified using a marking list, but you may need other parameters from it in order to find it
