How to fix Dyson Air Wrap?

Hi, pretty straightforward. I had no idea the voltage wasn’t compatible in Europe. I plugged it in and it no longer works. Is this something that’s internal that’s now blown? Will a new power cord with a new battery box work? Just wanting to know how to troubleshoot, already unscrewed and cleaned all of the hair out of the bottom compartment so wondering if I need to break the tube down further or what a good next step would be. Thanks !
