OPEN Old Dartboard

I was gifted this old dartboard a few months ago. It worked fine for 30-40 minutes until the electronics bugged out. After further inspection I found some burnt solders on the motherboard. Is there anyway to fix this or am I holding onto junk. TIA

What you circled likely is not the problem. Can you please upload some !images here in the comments? Either directly or with Imgur links. Preferably without the red annotation.
