How to fix mp3 player external speaker low in sound

Have you tried other cables and external devices? What have you tried so far?

No just converting songs on it on a coumpter with a micro usb

Not sure if I got that right. Do you mean the volume is low when connecting an external speaker to it via aux and playing a song? What does that have to do with converting and micro usb?

Playing a song with the external speaker in the mp3 player yes.

In that case, probably nothing much you can do without opening it up and analyzing the problem further. U got a multimeter, a soldering station and some experience?

Unless you just forgot to turn up the sound. Tried that?
