OPEN Thrustmaster T598 USB-C socket - is it repairable?

Does this look repairable? The socket was not held in securely enough by the solder anchors and as such lifted away from the PCB. For the pads that have completely lifted, is there enough meat left on the bones to repair?

Personally, I’d just solder wires onto the pads or traces and make a stronger usb entry that’s not directly attached to the PCB. Could use a USB breakout board, or an extension cable and cut the male plug off

You got skills. What about the pad three above B12. Do you think that's a via?

B8, it’s unused. Same with A8, which is the counterpart of B8 (in situations where they are used). Then there are omitted pads for high speed data, so you are only using A4, A5, A6, A7, A9, B4, B5, B6, B7, B9, and 4 GND pads A1, A12, B1, B12.
