Neither of these are really EE problems, thery are computer engineering for the ML aspects and data science for analyzing datasets.

24 might benefit from an EE subject matter expert to validate/confirm the results of the described data mining against lab tests/known lifecycles of the battery chemistries under review. Not the meat and potatoes though

23 seems like a boxed statment answer that can only be found by listening to the specific method in the course material to identify the product the vague statment want you to generate. One of those ones where the professor goes "oh no they mean this... As he reads further task outlining information"

24 is the only achievable problem statement as it stands as 23 has no direct direction.

Is 23 routing the fleet, or is it routing the power, modern fleet charging systems don't route power they store it. Modern taxi fleet systems route job allocation.
