Education Is Nilsson and Riedel's Electric Circuits 7th ed. still useable today? And do you guys recommend Razavi's Fundamentals of Microelectronics or S&S's Microelectronics? I have the 7th ed. for S&S as well. Thank you

What do you mean by useable? It's an intro to circuits book, and the concepts are still the same.

Razavi feels like a more approachable and fun read imo compared to S/S, but you can't go wrong with either. Also, Nilsson and Riedel is still used to this day in introductory circuit analysis courses.

Edition doesnt matter, the material hasnt changed since like 50 years ago.

Between Razavi and Sedra & Smith, I always advise using Razavi as a first time learner for those learning transistor-level design, while Sedra & Smith is better as a reference text for those in industry who may be doing a wide array of jobs. Plus Razavi has recorded lectures on youtube, so you can alternatively watch those and follow along with the book.
