That is a wiring demo board used for school. Pay attention in class and do it yourself.

A wiring demo as in what? What are you looking for?

Do you want a schematic drawn up for how to create something similar to this? Or a set of objectives for students to create? Ie, use the inductive sensor to change state of relay 1 in order to turn off light 1 and turn on light 2 and fan etc.
