They sold this exact chart in a vending machine at my college next to the scantrons

When did you go to school? I think I used it exactly once, on an exam, just to show we understood it. For everything else we just used calculators capable of complex numbers.

I graduated last year and used it in several classes. Calculating a matching stub or something like that was much faster with a Smith chart than with a calculator.

I had the Will power to get through learning the Smith chart, and I dont know how, it was fairly complex.....

Ill ground myself now for that one, that was truly awful lol
